All prices are based on a 2-person session.
An additional fee of €50 applies for each extra person.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been paid via PayPal or local bank transfer.
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the session.

• Cancellation 60 days or more before the scheduled date: 20% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 59–30 days before the scheduled date: 30% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 29–8 days before the scheduled date: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled date: 100% cancellation fee.

In the event of severe weather or natural disasters, such as typhoons or heavy rain, if the session cannot take place and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations due to personal reasons that do not constitute force majeure are non-refundable.

If the session cannot take place due to rain or unsuitable weather conditions, the date can be rescheduled.
If the session cannot take place on the scheduled date due to personal circumstances, a new date may be arranged in advance, provided that the session takes place within one year of the original booking date.

Florence
• Basic: Florence city centre
• Standard: Florence city centre (+ Piazzale Michelangelo option)
• Premium: Florence highlights (+ Piazzale Michelangelo option)

For the Standard and Premium packages, you can also choose a more local session around central Florence without including Piazzale Michelangelo.
For sessions at Piazzale Michelangelo, we recommend taking a taxi. The taxi fare (approximately €15) is not included and will be paid by the client.
Depending on local conditions, the session may take place at an alternative location.

Sessions outside Florence are also available.
An additional travel fee will apply depending on the location.

Professional retouching is included, covering details such as color, skin, and overall appearance.
Creative retouching, including object removal, changing facial expressions, or compositing, is not included.
